Zenzic Estate Planning Service
Investing in shares that aim to qualify for Business Relief
The Zenzic Estate Planning Service (“ZEPS” or the “Service”) gives investors access to established UK real estate lending businesses, offering access to a diversified lending strategy, secured against property assets, aiming for steady, predictable returns.
ZEPS is designed to offer stable returns and qualify for Business Relief (“BR”), helping investors create an efficient estate planning solution for future generations. Investee companies provide secured loans to a wide range of UK, SME, real estate developers, creating a diversified portfolio backed by real property. From 6 April 2026, BR potentially provides 100% Inheritance Tax relief on the first £2.5m of an individual’s qualifying assets, and 50% relief on amounts above this. Some companies quoted on AIM may also qualify for 50% relief.
